ARORA is a collection of physical, social and educational activities offered within our clubs designed to improve strength, mobility, nutrition and social interaction. While we are not limiting access to a specific age group (all are welcomed!), this program was designed specifically with the 55+ community in mind. Featured physical activities include ARORA-branded classes, an initial session with a trainer customized to meet the needs of this group, open play pickleball, etc. Featured social activities are coffee club twice a week, game clubs (coming soon) and ARORA-specific mixers! Featured educational activities will include workshops on topics such as the fitness floor, nutrition, Pilates and more!
