This fast-paced, high energy sport is played in an octagonal pit! The more players the better. The game is played with a soft foam ball and combines the skill of dodging, striking, running, and jumping while trying to hit opponents with a ball below the knees. Alpha Strength is a full-body progressively programmed workout with a blend of power/Olympic weightlifting (strength) and metabolic conditioning (cardio). Most of your time will be spent on lifting platforms, progressing through increasingly technical movement patterns with the guidance of a coach. Pace; Fast. A breath centered Vinyasa Flow class takes you through a series of yoga poses and opportunities to celebrate yourself through the empowerment and freedom of movement. Sequences are designed to get you moving, then set you free. This energizing class promotes physical strength, mobility and mental clarity, drawing on your breath as your inner source of focus.

Weekly drop-in clinics are geared toward improving specific skills (serve, return, drop shot, etc.) and taught by a certified pickleball pro. Registration is required. 24 hour cancellation required.

Open Play provides a series of set times each week for players to rotate in and out of games and play with different partners. This session is non-instructional for players who understand fundamentals and proper court positioning and can execute a soft and hard game, including in the non-volley zone. Registration is required. Paddles and balls are provided.
