Lap swim is designed for continuous swimming the length of the pool repeatedly. Adult Lap Swim time is for members ages 12+. Please note, a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member must be present at the same body of water the children are in at all times. If a child cannot swim 25 meters continuously, an adult must be within 10 feet in the water and actively watching at all times. Lifeguards on duty in most states, where required.

The Platinum Level is for experienced swimmers that will continue to develop their stroke technique, but their focus on high level competition will demand more stamina training. Practices will have extended main sets that require a strong aerobic base. Competition seasons are structured upon attendance at high level meets such as State Championships and Sectionals. Swimmers are expected to attend all practice and must maintain an attendance of 90% or higher to participate in this group. Placement into the Platinum Level: *12 years of age or older *Has a demonstrated on a daily basis the desire and ability to perform at a higher level *Has Coaches’ recommendations * Maintain an attendance rate of 90% or above ALL swimmers in this group MUST be registered with USA Swimming!
