Take a class, use the workout floor, or unwind in the indoor water club, which has a lap pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge. In summer, lounge by the rooftop pool. Our new addition at 42nd and 11th now boasts two of Manhattan’s only indoor dedicated pickleball courts, plus expanded space for our intense Alpha group training program.
