Exercises may use a variety of resistance equipment that will target every major muscle group to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout. We'll guide you through pelvic floor rehabilitation and cover low impact movements that will rebuild strength and posture. Whether you're a few weeks or several months postpartum, this class offers a welcoming environment to connect with new moms and embrace the journey of motherhood!
