Led by a certified trainer with expertise in corrective exercise, this workshop focuses on building strength, flexibility, and stability in the shoulder complex. You’ll learn targeted exercises that address the root causes of shoulder pain, including poor posture, muscle imbalances, and joint restrictions. Through a mix of mobility drills, strengthening movements, and stretches, you’ll not only reduce pain but also prevent future discomfort. Expect to work on exercises that activate the rotator cuff, improve scapular stability, and enhance overall shoulder function. All levels are welcome, with modifications available to suit your personal needs. By the end of the session, you’ll feel more confident in your shoulder’s range of motion, reduced discomfort, and empowered with techniques to continue relieving pain beyond the workshop. Step into the glitz and glamour of Hollywood at Red Carpet, where kids will dazzle in their own skits, play engaging gym games, and craft iconic masterpieces. Amidst the excitement, they'll have a pizza party, making it a star-studded event full of creativity and fun! Pizza will be served. In order to register for this event, your child(ren) must be active members on your account and have completed a Participation Agreement. Registration opens 30-days prior and closes 5 hours before the event. No-Show Policy effective January 10th, 2025 : A $25 fee per child will be charged to your club tab for any reservation not canceled at least 5 hours prior to the event. This change is in response to an increasing number of last-minute no-shows, which impacts our ability to manage resources and limits availability for families on the wait list. Each participant is allowed to reserve 1 event per weekend. Children must be fully potty trained to attend event. A Government issued Photo ID is required at Check-Out.
