The purpose of Life Ball is to simulate live ball situations in doubles play. It is a fast paced, dynamic game where a player gets to work on groundstrokes, approach shots, volleys, overheads, lobs and passing shots. The Tennis Pro feeds balls primarily to a team on one side of the court which starts a rally. That team is trying win points against an opposing team in order to take their place as "Champion of the Court". As soon as a rally ends the Tennis Pro will feed in another ball. Open to all members who fit that specific drill criteria. 24 hour cancellation required.

Ultra Fit combines speed interval training on the treadmill with balance and stability movements to promote optimal health and boost your metabolism. Expect to get FASTER and build core strength and stability using unstable surfaces. Build to your maximum sprinting power while incorporating full-body strength and coordination. You will spend time in zones 2–5, building to your max sprint effort by the end of the hour.

You will find our team members engaging with your little one through many of our different interest areas, including but not limited to puppet play, market and kitchen exploration, train tables, cars, doll houses and so much more. Your kiddo is guaranteed to have a good time. Classes and Activities are subject to change. Registration is encouraged but not required.

The purpose of Life Ball is to simulate live ball situations in doubles play. It is a fast paced, dynamic game where a player gets to work on groundstrokes, approach shots, volleys, overheads, lobs and passing shots. The Tennis Pro feeds balls primarily to a team on one side of the court which starts a rally. That team is trying win points against an opposing team in order to take their place as "Champion of the Court". As soon as a rally ends the Tennis Pro will feed in another ball. Open to all members who fit that specific drill criteria. 24 hour cancellation required.

Our families are important to us. During family swim hours, children under age 12 are allowed in the pool area when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member. Please note, a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member must be present at the same body of water the children are in at all times. If a child cannot swim 25 meters continuously, an adult must be within 10 feet in the water and actively watching at all times. Lifeguards on duty in most states, where required.

Infant reservations are required for children 3 months of age until the time that he or she is 11 months AND walking confidently. Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days.
