EDG is a high intensity, results and music-driven workout designed to improve your strength, speed, and stamina through objective-based challenges. You will use your bike’s console to measure your success for each challenge. Get ready to ride, challenge yourself and achieve results you never thought possible. To fit the dance-club vibe, we’ll darken the room and may use strobes and flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.

Infant reservations are required for children 3 months of age until the time that he or she is 11 months AND walking confidently. Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

Pace; Medium. Unlock your mind and body in this fully guided Vinyasa experience. As you synchronize your breath to your movements of yoga poses, your teacher will provide physical cues, guidance and variations. These movements help untie the knots of the body, especially in the bigger muscles of the thighs, glutes and back; that can block the flow of energy. SOL is a perfect blend of Vinyasa and standing postures.

We will complete a full body kettelbell circuit with core as well. The goal is to learn new exercises utilizing the kettlebells to sub into your existing routine or develop a new routine using the kettlebells!
