Whether you just want to get comfortable in the deep end, or master a specific distance or stroke, you’ll go further, faster with weekly 1:1 sessions and the close, personal attention of a highly-trained instructor.
Gain skills and confidence in the company of others at your skill level during weekly 30-minute sessions with a 2:1 instructor-to-student ratio.

Faqs
What are your lap pool temperatures?
The temperatures of our lap pools are 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 26.7 degrees Celsius.
Are reservations needed to reserve lap lanes?
Lap lane reservations are only required at the following club locations: Sky (Manhattan), Midtown, Annapolis and Canton Township. Please note these are subject to change.
You can make your lap lane reservations in the Life Time app.
Are your pools saltwater or chlorinated?
All Life Time pools utilize chlorine for sanitation purposes. This is to ensure we are meeting and exceeding health and cleanliness standards across the aquatics industry. This includes locations with saline pools (St Louis Park, Kingwood and White Bear Lake). In all scenarios, we aim to use the smallest amount of chlorine necessary to provide the highest quality safety standards.
Is a pool-only membership offered?
Access to our array of features and amenities (including our pools) is included in our memberships. We do not offer a pool-only membership.
