If you're over 40 -like me- and you're not doing some form of Resistance Training, your muscles are getting old...fast! Without proper Strength/Resistance Training, we can lose approx 1-2% muscle mass per year and 4-8% of our Strength and Power EVERY YEAR! In this session, you'll learn the essentials of Strength and Resistance Training, which is the only way to Fight Neuromuscular Aging. Lets fight it together!
