Get ready to slay leg day and build powerful lower body muscles. You’ll lift heavy and push limits while conquering intense squats, lunges, deadlifts and more. All movements are focused on building strength and endurance from in your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves. Plus, the high-energy lower body MAXOUT challenge in every class gives you the boost you need to build your aerobic capacity. So grab some weights, it’s time to squat!

EDG is a high intensity, results and music-driven workout designed to improve your strength, speed, and stamina through objective-based challenges. You will use your bike’s console to measure your success for each challenge. Get ready to ride, challenge yourself and achieve results you never thought possible. To fit the dance-club vibe, we’ll darken the room and may use strobes and flashing lights; consult your doctor if you have a photosensitivity disorder or are prone to seizures.

Our families are important to us. During family swim hours, children under age 12 are allowed in the pool area when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member. Please note, a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member must be present at the same body of water the children are in at all times. If a child cannot swim 25 meters continuously, an adult must be within 10 feet in the water and actively watching at all times. Lifeguards on duty in most states, where required.

Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

Kids are in for night of building, creating, and inventing at the widget workshop, then refuel their minds with a pizza party! •To register your child(ren), they must be active members on your account and have completed the Participation Agreement. •Registration opens 30 days prior to the event and closes 5 hours before the event starts. •Each participant is allowed to reserve one event per weekend. •Children must be fully potty trained to attend the event. •Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up or cancel at least 5 hours before the event, a $25 fee per child will be charged to your club tab. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows, affect our ability to manage resources and limit availability for families on the waitlist. •If you were on a waitlist and a spot became available less than 24 hours prior to the start of your reservation/event, you will not be penalized for missing your reservation. •To ensure the event is well-organized and runs smoothly, please arrive on time—there is no need to arrive early. Arriving late may affect your child’s participation. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the start time, your child's spot may be forfeited and offered to someone on the waitlist. •Pizza and a beverage will be served during the event. •A government-issued photo ID is required at checkout. Only those listed as authorized pickups will be permitted to pick-up your child.
