Find challenge in slowing down. Slowburn takes you deep into your own experience by challenging you to close your eyes and breathe slower and deeper through a progressive series of vinyasa-style warmups, building patience, strength, and trust in your breath. Class is heated to 80-85F

Pace; Stillness. A slow, meditative, yin-yoga practice to create greater mobility in your joints while you mindfully stress your body's connective tissues and challenge the calmness of your mind. You will be guided through a sequence of yin poses as you concentrate on your breath.
