You’ll move through sun salutations (suryanamaskar A and B) and then complete a defined series of standing poses, including balance poses, each held for five cycles of breath. You’ll move to a series of floor poses, including intense twists and stretches, as well as backbends and inversions.

Lift weights and jam out in this full-body barbell class. You’ll load and reload your barbell throughout class to efficiently target all major muscle groups. Have fun strength training and find your groove with movements that are synced to the beat and each new song will introduce a new muscle group. Come for the party and leave every class feeling stronger and more confident.

Strong abdominals aren’t just for looks – they're ABSoultely important and support us with better posture, the ability to lift heavier weights, and even move faster with power. Spending time working quality core exercises is an investment in our future performance in other MAXOUT classes. You'll work your core through a variety of movements and every class will feature a MAXOUT Core Challenge that will give you the burn you crave and results you seek.

Upper. Lower. Core. Cardio - Get it all in SHRED. This effective circuit-style workout made up of one-minute exercise sets that target all your major muscles. While the focus is strength, you’ll rev up your heart rate with one-minute athletic cardio drills after completing the muscle-burning strength sets. This class is for everyone, whether you are beginner or experienced athlete, SHRED offers scalability to meet your needs.
