Lap swim is designed for continuous swimming the length of the pool repeatedly. Adult Lap Swim time is for members ages 12+. An adult must accompany children between the ages of 12 – 15 years when lifeguards are not on duty, unless noted below: • In Pennsylvania, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16. • In New Jersey, children under the age of 12 may only swim during Family Swim hours with an adult and children between the ages of 12 – 15 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty. • In Minnesota, children under the age of 12 may only swim during Family Swim hours with an adult and children between the ages of 12 – 17 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty."

Our families are important to us. During family swim hours, children under age 12 are allowed in the pool area when accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member. Please note, a parent, legal guardian or sponsoring member must be present at the same body of water the children are in at all times. If a child cannot swim 25 meters continuously, an adult must be within 10 feet in the water and actively watching at all times. Lifeguards on duty in most states, where required.

Infant reservations are required for children 3 months of age until the time that he or she is 11 months AND walking confidently. Reservations can be modified or canceled 2 hours before the reservation. Please contact the Kids Academy if adjustments need to be made after the registration window closes. In consideration of members on waitlists, 3 missed reservations in 30 days or less will temporarily suspend your ability to make a new infant reservation for 7 days. If providing a bottle, contents must be pre-mixed and labeled. Infants must have socks or shoes on their feet. Fun for kids. Easy for parents. Our skilled team members will keep your children engaged in a variety of play, tummy time and more while you enjoy your workout.

SOL is a perfect blend of Vinyasa and standing postures.

The Platinum Level is for experienced swimmers that will continue to develop their stroke technique, but their focus on high level competition will demand more stamina training. Practices will have extended main sets that require a strong aerobic base. Competition seasons are structured upon attendance at high level meets such as State Championships and Sectionals. Swimmers are expected to attend all practice and must maintain an attendance of 90% or higher to participate in this group. Placement into the Platinum Level: *12 years of age or older *Has a demonstrated on a daily basis the desire and ability to perform at a higher level *Has Coaches’ recommendations * Maintain an attendance rate of 90% or above ALL swimmers in this group MUST be registered with USA Swimming! Practice length 1 hour, 45 minutes. 6 days per week

Lap swim is designed for continuous swimming the length of the pool repeatedly. Adult Lap Swim time is for members ages 12+. An adult must accompany children between the ages of 12 – 15 years when lifeguards are not on duty, unless noted below: • In Pennsylvania, an adult must accompany children under the age of 16. • In New Jersey, children under the age of 12 may only swim during Family Swim hours with an adult and children between the ages of 12 – 15 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty. • In Minnesota, children under the age of 12 may only swim during Family Swim hours with an adult and children between the ages of 12 – 17 may only swim when there is a lifeguard on duty."
