It’s all about building muscle and feeling strong. In this class, we skip the cardio and fancy footwork to focus on strength training. Exercises may use a variety of resistance equipment that will target every major muscle group to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout. Together we’ll lift, laugh and leave feeling stronger and more confident.

This class focuses on simple strength and muscular endurance training. The exercises are grounded and traditional. You won’t find any jumping in this class, but you will find you are getting stronger and fitter with every rep.

Through shoulder pain and inflammation, frozen shoulder has become a dabilitating injury affecting many people's gym progress. This workshop is taylored on how to fix that, and to recover from the day-to-day pain through exercise and stretching. In this workshop you can expect a sit-down consultation as well as a demo workout where we go over range of motion to find your limitations and find the most comfortable route forward for your progress. Please meet with your trainer at the personal training desk on the second floor at the start of the session.

While the focus is strength, you’ll rev up your heart rate with one-minute athletic cardio drills after completing the muscle-burning strength sets. This class is for everyone, whether you are beginner or experienced athlete, SHRED offers scalability to meet your needs.
