Of course we’re excited to offer kid’s lessons, classes, camps, and tournaments, but we’re just as pleased that this lifelong sport teaches confidence, self-esteem and stress management.
FAST & FURIOUS
GET IN ON THE BEST SPORT
The world's healthiest sport, according to Forbes. Squash takes first place in terms of cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and calories burned.
there’s always a little friendly competition
Consider yourself part of a community who loves the thrill of victory, and say “I’ll get you next time” with every defeat.
Constant Motion
You’re constantly moving – pivoting, accelerating, lunging, twisting and turning – which explains why squash players are known for their powerful quads, lean physique and core strength. The brain gets a workout too.

Our members say
“I was diagnosed with ADD when I was 13. I got bored real easy. My parents asked if I might want to try squash. I have not been bored a day since. It moves so fast, and nothing is repetitive. There are a hundred different angles, a hundred different shots. I play every day and got recruited for college.”
