STRENGTH CLASSES
Build and maintain both muscle and confidence in these classes designed to keep you enjoying the things you love. Meet new friends, try new moves, discover all the things you're capable of.
ARORA Aqua
Enjoy a workout in the pool. Low impact and easy on the joints, it's a great way to work on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility. All swim levels are welcome and underwater submersion not required.
ARORA TOTAL BODY
A beginner-level, low-intensity cardio and strength training class, mixed with neuroplasticity drills to build muscle and confidence, while improving mental focus and cognitive health.
ARORA STRENGTH
A low-intensity strength class of grounded, traditional exercises. The main focus is on building muscle to improve strength and endurance. A little cardio, but not a lot of jumping. You’ll feel fitter with every rep.
Cardio
Start to move and find your groove with low-impact cardio workouts. Loved by beginners and just about anyone who enjoys an inviting, encouraging, let’s-have-some-fun atmosphere.
Arora YOGA
Discover how breathwork, gentle movement, yoga postures, guided relaxation and meditation can improve flexibility, mobility, and muscular endurance.

Find the beat on the dance floor and get a fun, full-body cardio workout. Class varies by instructor, but expect variations on an array of funk, jazz and modern dance styles. No dance experience necessary.
ARORA CYCLE
Join the ride with our indoor, stationary cycling class that gets both heart and legs pumping. The instructor is fun, the drill and moves easy to understand. You decide the intensity, no cycle experience necessary. The music itself is a guaranteed good mood!

Find balance as you enhance flexibility, mobility, muscular endurance, strength, and more! This Barre class is an ideal choice for newcomers, individuals recovering from injuries or those with limited mobility. All of the barre benefits you love with the sense of community you crave.
