a great workout? Of course

You’re in constant motion, using nearly every muscle in your body. Short sprints and constant changes of direction build muscle and stamina.

Exercise Your Body, Energize Your Mind

Tennis stimulates your mind in ways that other sports don’t. Problem solve as you play and work all angles on the court. The bottom line: nothing relieves stress like hitting a luminous yellow orb as hard as you can.

BUT OUR FAVORITE THING OF ALL?

What really makes us smile is when the whole crew gets involved. Grandma teams up with the girls, father and son play, old friends meet on the court, and everyone stays healthy and happy, together.

WHY THE YELLOW?

Wimbledon used white tennis balls until 1986 when they switched to yellow balls for better visibility on television. The white dress code stuck though, and has been around since the 1800s.

DID YOU KNOW?

The tennis scoring system has some peculiar roots. The terms "love" for zero and "deuce" are believed to have come from the French words "l'oeuf" (meaning egg, which looks like a zero) and "deux" (meaning two, representing a tied score).

THAT’S ONE EPIC MATCH…

Back in 2010, John Isner and Nicolas Mahut went head-to-head in a match that went on for a whopping 11 hours and 5 minutes, over the course of three days.

HAVE YOU HEARD OF THE BOUNCE TEST?

Balls have to pass the test to make the cut for professional matches, bouncing between 53 and 58 inches when dropped from a height of 100 inches.
