Did someone say kids?

We’ll watch the little ones while you’re in class, or they can take a kid’s yoga class too.

Faqs

Classes labeled as heated are generally set to around 90-95 degrees. Surrender is typically around 75 degrees and Root and other non-heated classes range from 75-85 degrees. Temperatures are listed in Fahrenheit. See class schedule for more details on what to expect per class.

Almost all classes at Life Time are modifiable. We always recommend connecting with the yoga teacher ahead of class to discuss available modifications unique to your needs. Beginner paced yoga classes include SURRENDER, ROOT and ARORA.

Life Time does provide straps, bolsters, yoga blocks, blankets, towels and mats. We do recommend investing in your own mat to create greater consistency in your practice. We offer a few mat selections here: https://shop.lifetime.life

All LifePower yoga teachers have a minimum 200 hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher).
