What do I need to bring with me to enroll?
To enroll, you will just need your photo ID and your 9-digit confirmation ID number from your health insurance that proves eligibility. Our Member Concierge team will assist you with finalizing your enrollment, taking your membership photo, setting up your online MyLT account and getting you logged in to your Life Time Digital app if you bring your smart phone/device. A card on file will also be required to begin your membership.
If I want to access signature programs like group training and pickleball, do I need to upgrade my membership?
Signature programming is very popular at Life Time. Medicare members can upgrade with a concierge at their local club, rates vary by location.
What type of membership do I get with a Medicare partnership at Life Time?
Medicare members receive a Limited Access Membership granting access to Life Time from Monday – Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday 2 p.m. to close, and Sunday all open club hours. This membership type also includes access to a variety of amenities including the workout floor, studio classes, relaxation spaces, indoor pools (where available), and more! What hours will I have access to Life Time with a Limited Access Membership?
Effective January 1, 2024, Life Time Limited Access Membership grants access to Medicare members Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Saturday 2:00 p.m. to close, and Sunday all open club hours. Limited Access Members will also be granted access 30 minutes prior to any ARORA Aqua classes with a scheduled reservation.
What if I would like to visit the club outside of the hours listed for my membership after January 1, 2024?
At Life Time, we understand the desire of having unlimited club access. With that, we have created a discounted upgrade option for Medicare members granting access during all hours the club is open. By upgrading, you will have access during all open club hours along with other benefits, such as unlimited Signature Group Training, Pickleball court reservations, early access Studio class reservations and more! My club is listed as “currently at capacity for Limited Access Memberships” and are not accepting new enrollments. Why is this and what does the waitlist process entail?
Based on the popularity of this program and continuous evaluation of member usage, some Life Time locations are currently at capacity for Limited Access Memberships (including Standard Medicare membership types) and are not accepting new enrollments. To add yourself to our waitlist, please visit your preferred location and speak with a member of our Concierge team. We will contact individuals on the waitlist when a membership spot becomes available.
If my club is on a waitlist, what options do I have now?
If your preferred location is on a Limited Access Membership waitlist, there are a couple of options to move forward:
